Three Months Old

It's hard to believe that Hudson Tom is 3 months old today!

We took our traditional monthly picture with his elephant. It is so

fun to see how much he has grown. He is growing so fast!

Here is a little comparison between each month:

Dear Hudson,

Here are your 3 month stats...

• You weigh around 12 lbs & are 23 inches long!
• As far as your clothes...you wear some size newborn clothes, mostly size 0-3 months & even a few size 3 months (even though a lot of them are still too big, but at the rate you are growing they will be fitting you really soon!)
• Still in Size 1 diapers
• You have developed your own little personality. You are a very friendly boy!
• You love to smile & laugh.
• You have recently discovered Zsa Zsa's hair & have to check it out every time you see her (just to make sure it really is her)
• You enjoy staying with Sissy while Mommy & Daddy are at work. From what I hear, you are a really good boy.
• You are still a wonderful sleeper at night!
• You love to eat & even will throw a little fit if we take the bottle from you before you are finished. That is really the only time we ever hear you cry.
• You get tickled every time we change your diaper.
• You love to be held...which is good because your Mommy LOVES to hold you too!
• You still look like your Daddy (so handsome)
• We love you Huddy & are so lucky to be your parents!!

For you formed by inward parts;

Hudson's First Easter

Hudson's First Easter

We had so much fun celebrating Hudson's first Easter yesterday. Of course, I took lots of pictures all day long. We were busy all day & Hudson was so good. We started off the day by letting Hudson see what the Easter bunny had brought him. He's probably thinking that his Easter basket at home is pretty small compared to the one from Zsa Zsa (but that's understandable if you know his Zsa Zsa!!). We got him all dressed up in his Easter finest & went to church. It was fun taking him to church on his first Easter & seeing all of the precious babies in his Sunday School class. I know I say this a lot but we are SO blessed to be a part of Wynne Baptist. Now as a parent, I'm even more thankful of WBC. After church we went to GG's house for lunch. Then we went over to Mamaw & Papaw's house to visit. Then, we went over to Hudson's Pepaw & Nonna's house. The weather was wonderful, I can't remember an Easter so beautiful. With Hudson here, this has probably been the best Easter ever!

Happy Boy!!

Hudson has been SO happy lately. We are enjoying getting to see him smile & laugh. His favorite thing to do in the mornings is to lay in his floor gym & look at himself in the mirror. He smiles so big when he sees himself. He must think that kid in the mirror is as cute as we think he his!! He is at a fun age right now, we love how he is starting to interact with us now.

Easter Bunny

We took Hudson to the mall in Jonesboro last weekend to meet the Easter bunny. He seemed to like him ok! We are really excited about Hudson's first Easter!

Hudson is 2 Months Old!

A little comparison between 1 month old & 2 months old!

Dear Hudson,

Here are your 2 month stats...

• At your check up you weighed 11 lbs & were 22 inches long
• You are wearing 0-3 month size clothes along with about half of your Newborn clothes
• You are up to a size 1 diaper!
• You love to smile at us when we talk to you!
• I think you are going to be a vocal little man....you love to coo & talk all the time.
• You are a great sleeper! If you get up during the night it is just once to eat & then you are back to sleep! You are still sleeping in your swing right beside mommy (which is right where mommy wants you....close!)
• You are also a great eater! You love to both breastfeed & take a bottle.
• You are still an angel in the carseat.
• We never have a problem taking you anywhere. You already know how to behave like a little gentleman!
• You are the sweetest baby in the whole world. Your Mommy & Daddy love you more & more each & every day. We are SO thankful that God chose US to be your parents.
